Our Policy

We have tried our level best to keep the rules simple. Following are the rules

• As first step client can write an email (forhub@gmail.com) to us with small description of project and technology on which it needs to be done.
• If we have any freelance developer in corresponding technology free at the time, we will redirect that email to that developer.
• The assigned developer will immediately write an email directly to the client asking for more details of requirements and the budget of the client.
• Once they have finalized the discussion of requirements and price.
• Project will be split into phases, and price will be decided for each phase.
• Usually for small websites, we are following two phased delivery. Delivery of initial version including tabs and minor details as first phase and completion of website as second phase.
• At the end of each phase and successful delivery of that phase to client, payment for that phase will be done. Payment only after getting service delivered, ensures that client never gets deceived.
• This process continues until the whole project is over.
